World of Tomorrow is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Background[]

The World of Tomorrow is a large club and bar in Islington & Hackney, serving a diverse clientele, which includes Clan Kelley (with a private lounge) and affluent members of London's upper crust.^[1] It is also routinely targeted by Albion, whose troops have carried out at least one summary execution purely because a patron hacked the gambling machines to score a win.^[2]

Layout[]

The World of Tomorrow is sandwiched between two buildings, with a handy drone platform just inside. Most of the area is public access, but Kelleys reserve the upper floor for themselves. There's no actual benefit to entering the area, except to get to the paste-up in the absence of a cargo drone, as the tech point bundle is by the slot machines in the northern part of the area, while the audio log us up on top of the adjoining building.

A hacker at World of Tomorrow gets caught rigging coin machines by an Albion Guard.

Jonah: No- Please, don't! I'm- I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-
Unidentified voice: Where are you taking him?! Stop!! Jonah!
Albion Guard: Back off, you fucking cow!!
Unidentified voice: No!! Don't!
Albion Guard: We saw you with those machines! Didn't crank shit and you hit Jackpot each time? Think we're daft? You're fucking DedSec, aren't you?!
Jonah: DedSec? No, I swear, it was just a small hack!
Albion Guard: "Small hack"? Who the hell do you take me for?
THUMP sound as the Albion guard hits the man with the back of his weapon. The man MOANS and FALLS to the floor. The woman is SOBBING.
Unidentified voice: Please...
Albion Guard: You know what we do to DedSec members? We make an example out of them.
A gunshot. The unidentified voice screams.
Unidentified voice: Jonah!! Nononono, Jonah...
Albion Guard: Go tell your little DedSec friends, sweetheart. Tell them to stay the fuck away.
