- ❝ This wagon is well-suited for family vacations.❞
- ―Description in Watch Dogs.
The Global Motors Woodie is a four-door station wagon that appears in Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2.
Design[]
The Woodie is a station wagon whose design appears to be inspired by the styling of the 1978 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser, while also including elements from other GM A-bodies, such as the Buick Century. In Watch Dogs, the car only spawns in poor condition, but in Watch Dogs 2, it spawns in both decent and poor condition.
Performance[]
The Woodie has low top speed, low durability and average handling, but makes up for its rather good acceleration.

Trivia[]
General[]
- The name may reference the car's wood paneling.
- The Woodie has made other appearances in multiple games produced by Ubisoft:
- The Woodie appears in Ubisoft Ivory Tower's The Crew, The Crew 2, and The Crew Motorfest as an undriveable traffic vehicle.
- The Woodie made a cameo appearance in Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Toronto's Far Cry 5, in which it appears as a crushed wreck. It is only found in the game's map editor as a selectable prop and cannot be found anywhere in Hope County during free roam.
- The Woodie made a cameo appearance in Massive Entertainment's Tom Clancy's The Division 2, where it can be found abandoned inside the American History Museum.
Watch Dogs 2[]
- The paint on the tire rims have a unique effect, as they change from chrome to paint as the wheels spin, meant to imply the vehicle has old tires. However, when the car is stopped and there is no chrome, you cannot see the change, as it will only appear when the car is in a certain position, and then it will vanish.
- The vehicle will occasionally refuse to shift upwards, reflecting the poor condition of its transmission. This is shared with several other beater vehicles in the game.
- If the player is driving with no music near a Woodie in a quite area, subtle noises can be heard associated with older and/or poorly maintained cars such as squealing brakes, scrubbing rotors, and hissing noises from the radiator (an indication of overheating). This can be also observed in some Vessels and Crosscountry Series.
