Westminster Cathedral is a grand cathedral that sits between SIRS HQ, Buckingham Palace, and Broca Tech HQ in the City of Westminster in London. It is currently being used as a sort of "underground railroad" for the citizens of London who have escaped from the European Processing Centre.
