Background

Waxbey House is an old Victorian-era mansion in the Westminster district, abandoned and derelict since it was acquired by a wealthy owner with a grudge against Albion. Unfortunately, they have trapped themselves in the unfinished safe room and apparently perished.

Layout

This inset mansion is not accessible in freeplay, but remains a Clan Kelley territory. The roof of the adjacent tenement can be accessed either from the back (requires a system key, on the roof of the mansion) or using a cargo drone. It's one of the locations visited during Royal Treatment.

Text Waxbey House

-This panic room is a thing of beauty. State of the art computer embankment, security system, walls of solid concrete and steel. Locked from both inside and out. I take down SIRS in here and they would never know. And I think I’m trapped. -Confirmed. There is no way out without the internal key. The room has no food or water yet. Phone line is not activated. Fuck. -I’ve found a way! I checked the schematics and there’s an access point for the vents behind the computers. I hope I can move the station without destroying any of the equipment. -The vent is too small. I could use the hammer to rip the vent wider, but I don’t want to destroy this room. I worked so hard for it. -This is it. I’m about to send my tablet through the vent. I hope someone finds this before it’s too late.
