Waterloo Plaza is a construction site located south of County Hall and north of the Imperial War Museum, in the borough of Lambeth. It is an Albion construction site located in the borough of Lambeth within the city of London. The large construction site incorporates both old and new structures, though has few collectibles. The tech point bundle is located on top of the iron and glass roof on the eastern side of the location. Waterloo Plaza plays a vital role in Runaway Blame, where DedSec has to stop a train derailing.
