Located in the east of Lambeth, the area is a large construction site, for what is most likely to become a broadband centre. It has multiple floors to it, with scaffolding, railings and ladders scattered around, and contruction drones can be seen carrying cargo around the area. The main layout consists primarily of walkways surrounding a deep pit. The bottom area has multiple tunnels that are under construction, presumably for underground cables, as well as a room guarded by security lasers which is most likely used by Albion to torture people.

Sir,
I recived your construction drawings and noted the locations where you'd like the listening devices installed. Easy Peasy.
But I've just found out that the construction company in charge of the interior is installing STC 40 rated insulation, which will render any bugs on the interior of the wall extremely ineffective.
My suggestion is to pay off the architect and submit a change order to install new wifi boosters in each room. Then it will be easy enough for me to slip compromised hardware into the supply chain. I can handle the particulars, but I'll need a 25-39 percent bump in ops expenses.
