The Roberts & Scott Hall is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
The Roberts & Scott Hall is the fourth building erected on the spot next to the London Bridge, designed by Henry Roberts and Sir Gilbert Scott (his assistant at the time), and opened in 1834. It was more commonly known as the Fishmongers' Hall, housing the Worshipful Company of Fishmongers, although it appears they have relocated and the building fell into disuse, taken over by transients and protesters by 2030.
Layout[]
The compact building has an accessible interior, stretching over two levels (both access from the street and the riverfront is available). The lower floor is dominated by makeshift housing, but the upper floor still retains the original red marble and decorations.
There are several collectibles. Immediately by the riverside entrance is a mask box (use a spiderbot to get under the makeshift construction), the audio file next to the wood pile by the enclosure, and the ETO skimmer up top on the balcony, accessible with the hacked CTOS drone on the table.
The Hall also contains a ctOS hub that has to be hacked to raise City of London's defiance. A simple spiderbot is enough to access it and network D3F-4L7, which leads to a network of cameras in a hangout that looks suspiciously like Defalt's. To crack the mystery, you need to find three parts of a password by hacking three desktop computers. They are found by using the mannequin cameras (which may be inaccessible at a glance, but become such when using the pulse to find hackable items). This yields Albion surveillance records, hinting at "rehabilitation" (Bagley quips it "definitely means they're about to have jumper cables snapped to their perinea").

| Voice: You know, when I was a boy, I used to come here. With me Da. When it was a great hall for members only. "Rots Hall" we called it. Should've seen it. It was grand. Books and art everywhere. Great paintings on the walls, portraits, landscapes... There was even one of my ancestors in one of them. My Da told me. Lord, it was a sight to see. Looked like a museum. With precious objects in glass boxes and all. Now I'm back here again. Da is dead... Rots Hall is a dump. And I'm... a squatter. |
