The British Library is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
The British Library building has been opened in 1998, to provide a purpose-built location for the Library, established in 1973 after spinning it off from the British Museum. Designed by Colin Wilson and Mary Jane Long, it is one of the largest research libraries in the world. However, after the TOAN bombings, the ever-more-powerful SIRS has embarked on a program that is comparable only to the Ministry of Truth of Orwell's fame: Purging anything that doesn't toe the party line from the Library records, from fiction warning about the perils of surveillance states, through speeches by prominent political and academic figures, to council and census records, in a bid to memory-hole pre-SIRS history. All unofficial and only apparent to regular users of the Library's archives, of course.[1]
Layout[]
Only the piazza of the library is accessible, with a paste-up on the side of the entrance gate (use the scissor lift to gain access). The text file is in the tunnel to the east, in the middle planter, while the two skimmers are by the facade.

I need more time to gather the material. Maybe some of it seems dry reading for a hacker, but trust me when I say it’s just as important. I might have another couple weeks access to the library’s archives before I’m found out.
