The Black Hole of Battersea is a borough uprising mission for the Nine Elms borough in Watch Dogs: Legion. It is unlocked after completing all the borough uprising opportunities in this borough.
Plot[]
After DedSec increased Nine Elms defiance against Albion oppression, a contact requests to meet an operative at The Battersea. As well as thanking DedSec for sticking it to Albion, they state that they saw Albion guards dragging people off boats at the power plant under the mall. They also claim that they recognised one of the people taken by Albion as being an anti-Albion activist. The operative then must access the prison where they are holding the people by accessing the abandoned power plant underneath the building. However, the power plant is pitch-black, so the operative must use a news drone to allow the player to see the path they have to take. The player must use the light emitted from the drone to navigate through multiple areas to reach the secret prison. The operative frees the prisoners and turns the power back on to let them escape. Later, the contact thanks the operative and Nine Elms is turned defiant.
