Though they are as outspoken against the institution as others, the Street Artist prefers to show their frustrations rather than tell, and take to decorating the bare walls of buildings, when they can get away with it, with varying degrees of inspiring and inciting artwork laden with vivid and damning messages for the people trapped under an oppressive heel.

The Street Artist typically comes equipped with the following Traits:
- Paintball Gun - A silent, non-lethal weapon that disorients enemies with headshots, allowing for Takedowns even on aware enemies.
- Paint Bomb - Can create a paint blast that disorients enemies, allowing for Takedowns even on aware enemies.
Recruitment[]
Street Artists can usually be found around the older parts of the city, where graffiti is much more abundant, and are identified by their paint-splattered attire, coverall gasmask, and usage of a spray paint can. They can also be found outside the Southwark Incinerator's front doors in Southwark, at around 3:00.
