Somerset House is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
A Renaissance complex overlooking the Thames River, Somerset House was erected on the site of a Tudor palace, originally belonging to the Duke of Somerset. Designed in 1776 and further extended in 1831 and 1865, the expansive building was designed to be a grand structure for government and charitable organizations. Its current tenant, Broca Tech, is anything but charitable, using the site to promote Daybreak to smashing success,[1] and using it as opportunity for mass testing to find candidates for the Project.[2]
Layout[]
This sizable complex stretches on two levels, the street level (which is the basement inside), and the upper floor. The ground level is guarded by security gates which can be bypassed with a simple spiderbot over the fence. In the middle of the basement is a Parcel Fox package containing one of the masks (moldy lion), with the first text file just around the corner.
The rest of the collectibles are up top, near where the holographic Skye Larsen gives her speech. The tech point bundle is in the ventilation shafts beneath the scene (accessed through a hole in the side on the western face), with the other text file near it, and an ETO safe in the control booth.
Outside a protest usually brews, with a Protest Leader available for recruitment.

The response to Daybreak has been overwhelmingly positive, a sure sign that the world is ready to embrace the future that we are creating. On behalf of the communications team and the ever-brilliant Skye Larsen, I would like to thank everyone who has helped make our Somerset exhibit a reality, from the event planning team to the interns operating our Customer Assessment booths. Thank you all for your hard work! Keep an eye on our internal board for photos and videos of the exhibit. :) |
