The Sanford Theatre is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
A derelict theater off Charing Cross, Sanford went bankrupt in the 1990s and has not been rented by a new party, slowly falling into disrepair. The structural condition of the building is bad, it includes asbestos, and a lot of leftover traces from its time as a softcore porn cinema. Coupled with its status as a Heritage building, which prevents more large scale renovations and changes to its appearance, the building remains unattractive to investors.[1] However, this also makes it an attractive proposal for those seeking a private space away from prying eyes, such as activists and hackers.[2]
Layout[]
The building is located just north of Trafalgar Square and includes a Paste-Up on its eastern face and a collectible text file in the alcove just off the alley to its south. That same alley also holds a CTOS hub used during the mission DudSec to find the DedSec wannabes.

Text The Sanford Theatre |
| Utterly dilapidated; had to leave building out of fear for my life - Much smaller than modern multiplexes; no wonder the theatre went under in the 90s' - Asbestos; definite asbestos - Evidence of theatre’s reputation as soft-core porn movie house; don’t even need black light - Heritage building = fucking bureaucracy - Mr. Grayman, DO NOT BUY; don't believe the listing; this cinema is a money pit |
