The SIRS HQ is the operational center for the Signals Intelligence Response Service. SIRS HQ is located in the southern part of the City of Westminster borough, it consists of a main tower with a side building to the southeast, gates and gate buildings to the west, east and southeast. and parking spaces, also to the southeast.
The player may be sent to this location if they do the Deep Profiler missions for potential operatives. Only Albion guards have uniformed access here (with the exception of Darcy Clarkson). Everyone else will have barriers marked as red for them.

- While the game version of the building is located nearby the area of Pimlico, the real world building is located in the area of St. James, close to St. James's Park.
