❝ A standard multipurpose panel van perfect for deliveries or abductions.❞
―In-game description in Watch Dogs: Legion.

The MatarHorn Routerunner is a cargo delivery van featured in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Design[]

The Routerunner takes its inspiration from the European styling found on the fourth generation Ford Transit and third generation Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The van also shares similar exterior styling cues with the smaller Talos Scope.

Performance[]

The Routerunner is slow, but has a fair durability, making it a suitable vehicle to hide in. The van's high mass makes it an ideal choice for clearing paths through stationary vehicles.

Variants[]

  • Ixatech Routerunner: An Ixatech variant featuring an Ixatech livery. These are presumably used by Ixatech to deliver goods or provide service at construction sites.
  • Parcel Fox Routerunner: A Parcel Fox variant featuring a Parcel Fox livery. These are presumably used by Parcel Fox to deliver goods across London.
  • Global British Broadcasting Routerunner: A Global British Broadcasting variant featuring a GBB livery. These are presumably used by the GBB for broadcasting purposes. Unlike the WKZ TV Vans from the previous installments, it lacks a TV antenna and rear beacons on the roof.
  • Hauler Security: The Hauler Security is a security variant of the Routerunner, used primarily to transport money and other valuable items.
  • Beater Routerunner: the Routerunner can be found dirty and neglected with scratches, dents and rust all over the body. The beater version only spawns in white, just like the Talos Solace beater.

Trivia[]

  • Unlike the vans in the previous Watch Dogs installments, the Routerunner features a two-toned backup beep, suggesting it is equipped with backup parking sensors.
  • The description foreshadows Wrench's kidnapping in a black Routerunner in the Bloodline DLC.
