Payback is a Driver SF mission in Watch Dogs 2.
Summary[]
Pick up Ian, who’s having problems finding his stolen vehicle. He’s an app driver like Marcus, but he’s been roughed up by the taxi drivers Marcus had a run-in with earlier. Drive to the first two areas where he thinks his vehicle is, but don’t stop; just continue following the GPS.
Finally stop at the parking lot, where a trap is set. After Ian’s car explodes, Marcus needs to evade the cops. Drive east as early as possible, then head right (south) down the main road. Swerve right into the U-shaped Road with the park on the right side. This usually evades the police. Then drive back to Elmhurst where Marcus picked up the client; head in this direction anyway so Marcus can drop him off more quickly and salvage a five-star rating.
