Parks and Reclamation is a side mission in Watch Dogs: Legion. It is unlocked by hacking a laptop at the Safehouse, once the previous mission has been completed. Completing this mission will unlock the achievement England For Everyone.
Plot[]
After hacking a laptop in the DedSec Safehouse, Hamish states that one of his friends was attacked by a group from the English Patriotic Action Front (EPAF) – a xenophobic anti-immigration group. The operative travels to Kennington Park, the location of the attack, where people can be seen rallying and cheering in front of people shouting remarks on a stage. By hacking a CTOS terminal, the operative receives a text file, which shows an email revealing that the EPAF answers to a name called ‘Kingfisher’, who is encouraging members to attack immigrants. Bagley tracks the source of the email, which is a place where Kingfisher usually goes to meet with his informants.
The operative proceeds to Albion Station Camden, the location of the source of the email, to try and obtain intel about Kingfisher. They recover an audio file of what is presumably Kingfisher speaking to a SIRS officer about how FILAMENT – a supercomputer that gathers data from CTOS – has found details about individuals that will become violent when provoked, and that the SIRS officer wants Kingfisher to use them to start fights, and to use the evidence from them to ‘resolve the immigrant crisis’. Bagley declares that Kingfisher is in fact a SIRS officer, and they were the ones funding the EPAF. He also says - to the operative’s surprise – that Kingfisher is currently already at Albion Station Camden. After neutralising Kingfisher and escaping the area, Bagley says the government are using immigrant violence as an excuse to crack down on immigration, and Malik says that in order to get the recording to the public, they will have to distribute it themselves, as SIRS will attempt to distance themselves from the incidence.
