Pacific Renaissance Plaza is located on the east side of the map in Oakland. It is located northeast of Shoreline Park and southwest of The Theater. The building is based on the real-life Pacific Renaissance Plaza in Oakland, California.
Description[]
The Pacific Renaissance Plaza is an open air, three-story structure with a housing complex extending several stories higher. Only the shopping area is accessible, and has a large water sculpture in the center of the main floor.
