The Oakland City Hall is located in northern Oakland. It is east of the Port Of Oakland and west North Hill.
Description[]
The hall is an active area among Oakland. It has an abundance of trees, benches and lights. The building is rather small compared to Civic Center. Two American flags in the center and two Oakland flags on the outer area can be seen on the roof of the building. Large shrubs and seats can be found in front of the city hall. The municipal pavilion has "CITY HALL" above its doors, in which Marcus cannot access. Protesters can be found outside with signs shaming Oakland's politicians and the Oakland Police Department.
