- ❝ A self-driving van that gets packages where they need to go.❞
- ―In-game description in Watch Dogs: Legion.
The Elek Motors Node is an autonomous transport truck featured in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Design[]
The Node is essentially based on the Einride T-Pod. Like the real-life T-Pod, it is a remotely controlled autonomous vehicle and are notable for their lack of a driver's cab, and thus the player cannot drive the truck or hijack it. However, they can still use hacks to change its direction.
The Node is a futuristic version of the Relegater and the Media Broadcast Truck combined, featuring a pair TV screens on the sides just like the Media Broadcast Truck and the resemblance of the Relegater. The Node is most likely named via a corporation bondage between Tidis Corporation and Elek Motors. The truck can be seen operated by several businesses.
Performance[]
Despite being an autonomous truck and cannot be driven, it has advantages over other vehicles on the road, as it can plough through traffic with a little effort.
