London Underground

The London Underground is a rapid transit system serving London that serves as the fast-travel network in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Gameplay

Players in Legion can fast-travel to London Undergound stations free of charge and this serves as the main fast-travel system throughout the game. However, aside from DedSec headquarters, the stations cannot be entered and the player cannot physically ride the trains, unlike the first Watch Dogs' L Train.

In Resistance Mode, however, due to Albion issuing ID checks and drones monitoring the stations, DedSec are forced to abandon the stations and instead rely on other operatives for fast travelling around.

Both real and fictional stations exist in Legion. Some have been proposed or are currently under construction in reality like Nine Elms, while others like Tidis are pure fiction.

Staircase-style stations often have information boards on the railings at street level, such as this one at Victoria. They will cycle through messages.

In response to line closures, the sign humorously tells customers to "try using the green line or walk you lazy ass".

Similarly, this sign says "if you're stuck outside when we are closed, too bad".

While all other signage uses colors instead of actual line names, this sign mentions the Circle, District, and Docklands Light Railway lines by name.
