Light A Spark was the third story mission in the Watch Dogs: Legion and the first mission in the DedSec Chapter "Squad Goals." Since Title Update 4.5, liberating Camden is no longer required, and this mission is no longer named.
Plot[]
DedSec's first mission as part of taking back London is to disrupt Albion in the borough Camden. In no order, the player has to disrupt Albion propaganda in Camden High Street, as well as acquire Albion operations data located at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Disrupt Albion Propaganda[]
At Camden High Street, there is a large screen on one of the buildings that is displaying Albion propaganda. To stop this propaganda from displaying, the player has to re-configure the CTOS machine located on the top of the roof of the building. The player can reach the machine by using scissor lifts and parkour to reach the machcine, or simply use and ride a Cargo Drone. After successfully interacting with the machine, the Albion propaganda is now replaced by DedSec propaganda that encourages Londoners to never surrender to Albion.
Acquire Albion Operations Data[]
At the Royal Courts of Justice, the player has to sneak past armed Albion guards and hack their operations data, located in a part of the area which is locked off by a Closed Circuit Terminal. Using a Construction Worker or an Albion operative will give you Uniformed Access to the Royal Courts of Justice, which reduces the likelihood of enemies realizing that you are being conspicuous. After successfully hacking the Closed Circuit Terminal, the player hacks the operation data of Albion and leaves the area.
Camden Borough Now Defiant[]
After successfully completing both objectives, the borough of Camden becomes largely defiant to Albion. There is a lesser likelihood of Albion officers targeting civilians, and Albion checkpoints around the borough have been shut down.

- The ATM Machines on the corner can be hacked for 30 ETO each and will reset after 1 hour of in-game time. This is a good source of ETO early in the game.
- The Albion patrol stationed on the corner will disappear after completing the mission Clarion Call.
