It is earned after jumping 140 meters in a vehicle.
Ways to Obtain[]
Unlocking the Engine Override skill first will make this much easier to complete.
Head slightly north of Sutro Tower into the smart home neighbourhood, at the end of the street facing north-east towards Castro Theatre is a ramp. Tear down the street at full speed with Engine Override activated and you should easily clear the 140m threshold.
Recommeded usage is a sport bike, or a performance car.
