According to Aiden Pearce, Jedediah's Bar is "Pawnee's number one watering hole." This is where he first meets Raymond Kenney, and it appears that Ray regularly engages in bar fights there, as evidenced by Jed asking for $100 as a "damage deposit." It is also where the player participates in their first drinking game in the campaign.
