Jack Finely is a character and antagonist in Watch Dogs: Bad Blood.
Summary[]
Jack Finely is an investor for Blume. He was once tracked by undercover security contractor Alex Javorski.
In the mission Connections, when T-Bone goes to the bar where Jack Finely is located, Jack Finely ambushes T-Bone, locking him from behind and injecting him with a substance. T-Bone suspected it to be a tranquilizer for horses. Finely then immediately reports to the Fixers to have T-Bone captured. However, T-Bone stubbornly regains consciousness and follows Jack to a location. There, T-Bone finally learned who the mastermind behind the hired hitman's conspiracy was (see the mission Connections).
