Human Error is a side mission in Watch Dogs: Legion. The mission is unlocked by talking to Nowt in the DedSec safehouse.
Plot[]
Before the mission has started, one of the DedSec operatives will be unavailable, with no reason stated. Nowt says that she has noticed that one of the DedSec operatives has been in hospital for a while now. She contacted the doctor in charge, who informs her that the operative is in a coma state, once again with no obvious reason. The doctor says that they want to speak to DedSec directly.
A DedSec operative meets the doctor outside St. Thomasâ Hospital, and she states that their hospital is run by AI from Carcani Medical, however she is skeptical because every patient put into a coma ends up dead. After accessing a CTOS hub and looking into the CCTV cameras in the hospitalâs coma ward, the player sees multiple patients in comas, including the hospitalised DedSec operative. The player hacks the system to try and revive the operative, however the hospitalâs AI detects them and stops the hack. It turns out that the hospitalâs AI is one of Skye Larsenâs victims, turned into AI.
At Carcani Medical, after completing a network bypass, the AI pleads with the operative to set her free from killing patients. The operative must survive until the AI has been erased. After the AI has been erased, it thanks the operative and the hospitalized operative is revived from their coma.
