The Hacker is a genius at manipulating the capabilities of CTOS 3.0 to suit their purposes, and are practically a wizard of sorts within the modern, technologically-advanced world they find themselves in.
Equipment
Hackers tend to wear a lot of dark clothes with neon logos. They often carry a backpack or shoulder bag with commands like C:\>PAYLOAD or C:\>FORMAT printed on it. Inside the hacker's bag are the laptop, drone, and other field equipment. They use a smartphone that comes with hacking software.
Recruitment
A Hacker can be recruited into DedSec by raising the Defiance rating of the Camden borough. They can also be found around places with minimal surveillance, identifiable by their heavy investment in their personal device. They can be found at:
- GBB House in Camden close to Oxford Circus, around 19:00.
- Around the tent city in Electric Avenue in Lambeth, after 03:00.
Abilities
A Hacker typically comes equipped with the following Traits:
- Viral Hacking: Hacks Propagate - When hacking, hold the button to affect a large radius.
- Shock Hack: Electrify Enemies - Can use the Shock hack, which damages enemies.
- Key Steal: Unlimited Range - Access Keys can be stolen from any distance.
- Crypto Skimmer: Hacks Steal ETO - Occasionally gain ETO when hacking.
