The Football Hooligan is the classic and stereotypical sports fan, loud and obnoxious, fueled by a raging temper and a tempered drinking habit. However, their loud and brash demeanor means they are efficient in raising a hellish riot for the resistance against oppression, however they get their kicks.

The Football Hooligan typically comes equipped with the following Traits:
- Rally Cry - Can summon friendly allies to assist in melee combat
- Tough Drunk - Melee damage resistance is increased when drunk
- K.O. Punch - Enemies are KO'd without needing a finishing move

A Football Hooligan can be recruited into DedSec by raising the Defiance rating in the Islington & Hackney borough. They can also be found around and within the numerous pubs in the city as well as public areas, identifiable by their assortment of fanhood gear and openly talking about sports.
