Hold On, Kiddo is the tenth storyline mission in Watch Dogs, and the first mission of Act II.
Plot[]
After Aiden escapes from Palin Correctional Center, Damien calls him and offers him a meeting. Aiden accepts and proceeds to the location, Damien calls him and sends a feed to TV's around Aiden. As they appear, it shows Damien currently in Nicky's house. That angers Aiden and he goes to Nicky's house. Aiden finds Damien inside and hits him with his baton. After, Aiden asks him about Nicky and Jacks. Damien responds that he doesn't know about Jacks, immediately afterwards Aiden locates Jacks on the L-Train. When Aiden arrives to L-Train station, he sees there is Fixers that trying to catch Jacks. Aiden asks Clara for a one-time L-Train hack. Aiden then hacks the train and kills the fixers. He finally arrives to Jackson's train and takes Jacks to Yolanda Mendez as the mission ends.
Mission objectives[]
- Meet Damien at the plaza.
- Reach Nicky's house.
- Get to the train station where Jackson is located.
- Hack the train to get Jackson to safety undetected.
- Take down the fixers before they reach Jackson.
- Eliminate the remaining fixers.
- Board the L-Train and find Jackson.
Strategy tips[]
- After hacking the train, have a gun ready. There is a good chance you will be able to take down at least one of the fixers' cars before it even leaves, saving you lots of work.
- Shoot at least one tire on a fixer's car, reducing their speed. Or, take a Grenade Launcher to blow up Fixer's cars.
Trivia[]
- If Aiden has not yet unlocked the Train Hack (which is necessary for this mission) he will contact Clara to give him a singular use version of the hack.
