Fenchurch Place is a commercial square in Aldgate, just on the edge of the Tower Hamlets.

To All Members of Secret Operation GR: We are to meet at Fenchurch Courtyard by the crack of dawn. Do not be tardy, you know very well to whom I am referring. It's bad enough this operation is already in shambles as it is. If we're to follow in DedSec's footsteps, we must organise. They paved the way for us.
