Elmhurst is a neighborhood and World Location in Watch Dogs 2, located in Downtown Oakland.

Elmhurst is located in Southeast Oakland, bordering the Northern neighborhood of Woodland with Alameda Creek in the Southwest.
Description[]
Elmhurst is a mostly residential area with some commercial buildings such as retail shops. Similar to its neighboring district, Woodland, Elmhurst is subject to poverty and crime; graffiti, abandoned houses, and gang members are not uncommon.
Gang Influence[]
Elmhurst is heavily controlled by The 580s, so much so that the only other gang in the area, the Sons of Ragnarok, only control one restricted area.
