ETO Skimmers and Safes are hackable items in Watch Dogs: Legion.

Description[]

ETO Skimmers can be found all around London. They can be hacked from a distance and do not need to be picked up. Hacking an ETO Skimmer will give the player a random amount of ETO.

ETO Safes work in a similar fashion giving the player ETO. They cannot be hacked from a distance, but the player receives 3x the amount hacked from an ETO Skimmer.
