ETO Bank Construction Site is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
ETO Bank is a large scale construction effort undertaken by the Kelleys for a foreign investor. Mary Kelley appears to consider it a high priority, as she is willing to demote her own representative on the site to a regular worker - who, it seems, are largely Kelley slaves.[1]
Layout[]
The construction site is a large, confusing location stretching across multiple levels. The lowest area includes the usual Kelley violence and bodies, with the text file only accessible by shooting a destructible wall and dropping down. The rest of the collectibles are located up the construction site, with the ETO safe in an enclosure close to the top floor, and the collectible relic requiring a ride up on the scissor lift parked inside the central tower. The tech point is located on top of the southeastern tower, just on the edge of a cargo bot's flight ceiling.
