Located at the west of the map, Downing Street is a restricted access area directly south of Horse Guards Parade. The area's layout is very similar to that of the real-life version, however it has been heavily militarized by Albion after the bombings that brought London to its knees.
The Prime Minister, who normally lives and works out of 10 Downing Street, is overseas during the events of Legion. This, as well as the current Monarch being absent from the public eye, has led to Albion taking control of the city in their absence.
