❝ It's the epic Wrench and Marcus crossover the people have been asking for!❞
Marcus Holloway

Devon v Devin: London Culling is a Fixer Contract in Bloodline. It is the one of five Fixer Contracts the player can receive from Jordi Chin. The player must first complete the other four contracts before being able to access this contract.

Plot[]

Jordi calls Wrench and informs him of another Fixer Contract in which he has to deliver a car. Wrench attempts to decline the contract, especially after hearing that the client will be accompanying him, but Jordi insists as the client had already paid ludicrous amounts of crypto for the contract.

While on his way to City Hall, Wrench is contacted by the mysterious client, who is also using a voice modulator. Wrench attempts to discern the client's identity but to no avail. At Potters Fields Park, Wrench finds the requested vehicle. The moment he enters it, Wrench finds the car and the nearby music familar. That is when the client reveals himself to be none other than Marcus Holloway, Wrench's fellow DedSec San Francisco member and friend. Wrench is ecstatic to hear from Marcus after having been away from San Francisco for so long, and they have a small chat.

Marcus and Wrench discuss Jimmy Siska's upcoming movie, "Devon v Devin: London Culling", which is set in England. Due to the London bombings, filming had to be shut down and the movie could not be completed. Marcus then reveals his intentions to collaborate with Wrench, using the car and sets - which are still in London - to film the remaining scenes.

At the first movie set, Marcus uses a nearby drone to record Wrench hacking a vehicle and having it jump a ramp, accompanied by artificial explosions and slow-motion editing. At the second movie set located at Kennington Gasholder, Marcus records Wrench once more arming several explosives. After Wrench finishes arming them, Marcus records the subsequent explosion. At the third and final movie set at Waterloo Plaza, Marcus and Wrench discover Rempart Mark I robots patrolling the area. Marcus tells Wrench that they should go find another area to film, but Wrench insists to record him destroying the robots instead.

After filming the last scene, Marcus thanks Wrench for his help and says that he is going to send the edited footage to Siska's team. He also asks Wrench to come back to San Francisco soon for a crew get-together, though Wrench says that there is still other stuff left for him to do first.
