Travel to the Plainstock by Embarcadero Center on the map to find the trolley tracks on the road. Follow these tracks during the daytime until you find one, then interact with the open section towards the front to ride it.
Trivia[]
- The trolley does not actually have any cables attached to it, making the description of the achievement/trophy nonsensical.
