County Hall is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Background[]
The County Hall was built between 1911 and 1939, with the first part of the building completed in 1922 and subsequent North and South blocks expanded in 1936 and 1939. It was named due to housing the London City Council and the Greater London Council until its abolition by Margaret Thatcher's government. Rendered vacant, it became a mixed-use property, housing among others a public aquarium and Caramont, an upscale hotel by 2030, used by Albion for entrapping troublesome officials.[1]
Richard Malik is also rumored to have set up a hideout here.
Layout[]
The County Hall is a large building, with only the northern section having an Albion presence, primarily in the upper storeys. The tech point bundle can be accessed via the Thames river exit (or entrance, which has no Albion presence), while the text file is in the small dead end next to the security scanners.

I have in front of me a series of photographs of yourself in a state of undress in the company of livestock. The situation depicted is not, at the moment, the matter at hand. That I am in possession of them is. First, I must inform you that your activities, captured in the photos, are illegal in this country. One may argue that they are immoral.
