Claire Waters is a character in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Summary[]
Claire is the host of BuccanEar Radio 198.4 FM during Watch Dogs: Legion, and she appears in the Bloodline DLC ,where the player may complete Resistance Missions for her. During the events of Legion, she is killed by Albion, with her death being discovered during the mission #Justice4Claire.
Bloodline Resistance Missions[]
By completing missions for Claire during the events of Bloodline, the player is able to unlock abilities and weapons for Aiden and Wrench to use during the story.

- Claire's character model changes between her first appearance in video sequences and meeting her in-person during Bloodline and Legion. The reason for her change in appearance is unknown.
- Claire could theoretically be using a fake image, as a security measure for her video appearances.
- It could also be attributed to a simple design oversight by the developers of the game.
