City Hall is a location in Watch Dogs: Legion, in the borough of Southwark.

Background[]

A neo-futuristic building opened in 2002, City Hall does not actually serve any city in the UK sense, but serves as the home office of the Greater London Authority, serving the Greater London.

Layout[]

City Hall is a landmark located within the borough of Southwark. To the south-west of City Hall are stores from CMPLX and MAIKEL, which forms a mini shopping area. Directly west of the building is The Three Hawker Boys pub and Queen's Walk. To the north is the HMS Belfast, a warship that has become a floating museum.

Borough Defiance Opportunity[]

In the sub-level of City Hall, in a side room, there is a photograph opportunity that will weaken Albion's grip on Southwark and is one of the opportunities required to fully liberate Southwark. The same room also contains an ETO Safe, with a closed-circuit terminal in the back leading to a rear entrance that includes a text file, and a tech point bundle.

City Hall

Dear Ms. Janelle
I want to start by apologizing. Iâ€Ĥ actually think you may be right. If you keep my name out of it, I’ll do what I can to help with your story.
The “Next London” initiative is a complete travesty. The more I look into these numbers the more obvious it is that something foul is going on.
Besides being glorified gentrification - it’s dangerous! Pits that are never filled, rebar hanging willy-nilly out of the ground- why are “construction” projects constantly starting but never finishing?
Wellâ€Ĥ How about our chief contractor? Millicent Wright.
It only took me about an hour to figure out she’s some big-wig with Clan Kelley! And her workers? More of the same! Our tax dollars are literally paying a gang to tear up the poor parts of London. Is this just corner cutting? Or something worse?
I’ll keep digging on my end. Thanks andâ€Ĥ Sorry again.
