City Disruption is a branch of research upgrades that appear in Watch Dogs 2 that allows the player to exploit the CTOS.

- Auto Takedown: allows the player to unlock gates and use steam pipes
- Robot Exploits: allows the player to to cause a distraction for robots
- Traffic Control Exploit: allows the player to hack traffic lights
- Massive System Crash: shuts down city infrastructure for 30 seconds.
- System Crash Upgrade: Blackout: upgrades the Massive System Crash by shutting off all power as well. Similar to the blackout from Watch Dogs.
- Security System Shutdown: shuts down security systems
- Botnet Savings: City Hacking: reduces botnet costs for hacking city infrastructure
