Cindy Baumbach is the niece of Sitara Dhawan. Very little is known about her, except that she broadcasts herself under the username DanceBoo01 to show off, and has a brother named Jimmy. Also, according to her CTOS profile, she is a high school student, owes over $70 in library book fees, and has an income of $3,200 to $3,650 a year.
Sitara is worried about her niece posting videos of herself dancing in front of possible perverts online, and wants her to be given a lesson on internet safety and privacy. She makes Marcus infiltrate Cindy's webcam and hack into her tablet or lamp to anger and embarrass her in front of her webcam.

Cindy has brown hair in a pony tail, and wears a sweater with blue and pink designs on it, along with gray leggings with blue stripes.

- Cindy maybe based on Tracey De Santa, a character from Grand Theft Auto V, judging by her appearance and personality. She also has a brother named Jimmy, similar to Tracey.
- Cindy lives in one of the Painted Ladies houses.
- She appears only in the side mission Always On.
