Change of Heart is a side mission in Watch Dogs: Legion. It is unlocked by speaking to Kaitlin Lau in the Safehouse, after the mission Take it to the Bank.
Plot[]
Kaitlin Lau informs DedSec that she had a call about a kidnapping, possibly connected to something bigger. She sends the operative the caller’s details, and they meet with them at Parliament Square Gardens. The contact says that them and their friend had got involved with a visionary, which became out of control and began murdering people. They reveal that their friend is being held captive by the visionary, and requests that the operative finds them and sets them free. Bagley tracks the hostage to Perry Harris Redevelopment, and the operative must get past Clan Kelley guards to rescue them and escort them to safety. After leading them to safety, they inform the operative that her captors have placed a bomb inside a vehicle at the Royal Courts of Justice and ask them to stop an unnamed ‘her’.
The operative arrives at the courts to find bombs inside a white van with only three and a half minutes until detonation. The operative must drive the van quickly into the River Thames before it explodes.
