Armored Gunmen are very similar in appearance, and tactics to their weaker counterparts, Gunmen, though they have more health through their usage of a bulletproof vest. All Armored Gunmen wear their faction colors. SFPD and FBI officers wear dark blue, Umeni agents wear gray and red, Bratva and 580s wear black, Auntie Shu Boys wear white, and the Tezcas wear gray and blue plaid.

Armored Gunmen utilize tactics very similar to those of standard gunmen, though they do take more care in taking cover and aiming precisely. Most armored gunmen make use of a variety of weapons, wielding SMGs, pistols, assault rifles, and shotguns. Individually, these enemies are not a threat, though if they gang up on Marcus or corner him they can prove deadly.
