Anton Chenkov is a close relative of a Russian oligarch, and one of the targets of the Human Traffic investigation in Watch Dogs. He owns a castle in Wales. He can be found in northern Parker Square, about to meet a date who's flustered to dine with Russian "royalty". His name is similar to Anton Chekhov, a Russian playwright, although this may be a coincidence.
