Pick up the client, who seems to be having some career trouble, and listen in on the conversation as the player drives out of Blume Arena.
Pick a vehicle with a high top speed and good handling. Use boost to ensure a five-star rating. Drop the client off, hopefully interrupting his phone conversation, and collect the reward.
